Pet your animals! It could save your life—

Patricia Pendry from Washington State University recently conducted an case study with 249 college students.  The study was aimed at discovering the benefits of simply petting animals on a daily basis.  Patricia found that 10 minutes a day with your pet can have a significant impact in reducing stress, as well as a reduction in cortisol, a major stress hormone.  Another reason why we love our dogs and our jobs!
